Just having White Mocha would be like 50 cals. Then there's usually alot of sugar to go with that and even syrup.
Depends what's all in that drink.

These normally have about 400 - 500 calories. Calories from liquid drinks make up almost 50% of the average American/Canadian diet (more than you might think). Many major coffee companies such as Starbucks offer "lighter" alternatives. You can ask for it to be made with skim milk, less sugar etc. Customize it for you so it still tastes good, but is better for you (although those things will never be exactly good for you).
