My daughter has progressively gotten worse with talking back, lying, sneaking out of the house, being somewhere she's not supposed to be, and dating boys we do not aprove of and do not allow. A couple of weeks ago the s**t hit the fan at my house. She was grounded and wanted to go to a friends house. After hours of back and forth saying no, I told her to get away from me. she kept on and this got my husband involved. He tried to give her a spanking for the awful way she was talking to me and it turned into a heated yelling fight. my husband said he couldn't take anymore, nor could I or her brother. She really was running the house with her selfish, unappreciated, hateful attitude. Her real father lives in Fla. and for 12 years he has not been involved in either of the kids lives. He had been calling for a couple of months and I was honest with her behavior, and he would say I'll talk to her. She now lives with him two states away, does anything, and has no rules. I'm worried. what to do?

Well Mom, you've already let her go. She'll be back because something BIO Dad will piss her off. She plays you and the family. You have to remember that you are the parent. I have a 15 year old son and he knows the rules and suffers the consequences when he steps out. And he knows that I love him.

Put her in a State Home, they will charge you so much a Month if you have a good job but it's worth it. She will do a 360 degree turn around.

Call social services in the stae where she is now. They will at least investigate the situation.
