Is there an exercise that simulates swiming.

Contact a gym or local YMCA. They can tell you. If you have access to a rowing machine or weights, these will develop the muscles in your shoulders and upper body. And you could also contact a local sports medicine Dr. office.

The best part of swimming is that it works your entire body at one time. The only other great way to do that (that I can think of) is just running. It's not really marine, but it's probably the next best thing. Good luck to you!

Well to tell you the truth, i dont think there is. Swimming basically works out most of your muscles at the same time. I would say you should run, lift arm weights, and you should be fine.
