What legal steps can an international student from Korea take to extend her stay in the United States?

Basically after she graduates school (in the U.S.) she has one year to stay/ work in the U.S., how can I legally keep her here longer?

After she graduates, she should find an employer that can sponsor her for an H1B visa. International students who have earned a degree in the US are eligible for H1B visas.
