what the insurance is gonna do and the the car is insured by my first degree relative

Basically, your relatives insurance comapny will be charged for the accident. (Repairs, etc.) The relative may see a hike in his/her insurance rate, but likely, that is all that will come of it. That's why people carry insurance. If this is all that happened, no injuries as you claim, then that will likely be the end of it. However, I personally feel it would be very big of you to offer to make up for your relatives losses. If they had to pay out of pocket expenses to cover a deductible, etc. you should reimburse them as soon as possible. And I think a sincere apology goes without say.

If you were driving with the permission of the owner, you are considered an insured under the policy. The liability coverage on the policy for the car will pay for the damages done as a result of your negligence.
