I'm going to get booed againfor telling the truth.
Guys want crazy hot limiteless sex for b-days. Unless you want to get us something for our cars or computers or some technical gadget. Most (this is a gerealization I know not all...) girls aren't on the know when it comes to cutting edge car/computer/gadget stuff, so I'd just stick to wild sex.

Other than the already-mentioned physical favors...
What does he like?
Movies - DVD/Movie Gift Card/Movie Poster (genuine movie posters are double-sided)
Music - CD/iTunes music/Concert Tickets/great headphones
Watching Sports - Game Tickets/team clothing
Playing Sports - new ball/disc (don't buy shoes)
Parlor Games - Nice Poker Set (11.5g chips), Backgammon Set, Dart Board (or just really nice Darts), cue stick
Drinking - Nice bottle of scotch or brandy.
Video Games - New game/Specialized joystick
Last resort: Gift Cards - While not as personable, it's better than nothing. When he opens the card, just bat your eyes and say, "I saw all of the stuff and couldn't decide which you would like best." Don't offer to go shopping with him; let him offer or not offer. For some relationships that is a gift by itself.
Below are a couple links for more suggestions, but like everyone said, you could give him nothing but a great 30 minutes (probably less) in the bedroom and he'd be cool with that alone. Better yet, buy yourself something new to wear for him.

My man just said big boobs and I don't think I liked that answer since I have little ones.I know what he'll be getting for his next b-day and I won't be buying much wrapping paper but, alot of men like to get tools so they can fiddle around with things.

That really depends on what he likes to do.
The easiest thing to do is to find out where he likes to shop. (Yeah, guys like to buy things too.) Maybe it's Home Depot, maybe it's Barnes and Noble. Wherever it is, just get him a gift card from that store. You can't go wrong!

What R his hobbies, interests, things he does every day or weekend?? What does he need? Some special T-shirt, a magazine sub., cofee mug, fishing pole, something for his car? I could go on and on. Good luck!

Tickets to his favorite sports game. Plus he'll be spending time with you. If you want to go with him. If not, buy 2 tickets for one of his friends you trust. Depending on how much money you want to spend on him... you can send as many friends or as little as you want. ;)
