I love to get in a relationship, but cant find any girls interested in me. Iam an indian boy and like to get a date with blonde girl completely different culture from mine. Is there any chance?

Sure you can. But....you can't date a girl just because of her hair. You need to ilke the total person. You need to see beyond the appearence of a woman becasue if you don't she willl feel that you just like her for her appearence and nothing else.
Pretty girls have brains and interests and are more than their appearences. Look for that in a woman and maybe you are trying too hard looking at external appearence and ignoring the person she is.
Also setting your sights on hair color limits you finding anyone else who might be perfect for you.
