Just go up to her and start talking. She may like you to and waiting for you to make the first move. If she is your friend already then you two have things to talk about. Ask her to go skating or someplace that may not sound like a serious date but when you are out with her be nice like real date. He who snoozes looses and if you don't ask her out someone else will. ☺

Write her a note telling her how U feel. Don't get too mushy tho. That way she can answer U without being put on the spot as a friend. She can have time to think about you. Good luck!!!!

simple jusyt ask he out thats it like nothing ask her like anyother question and if she rejects you damn thats bad but if she says yes well u got it hahaha good luck want my advise??? ask her out by phone that works sometimes

Just ask her if she likes anyone, then if she doesn't and then you can ask her out. It happened to me once but then after i ask him, he say yes. But maybe she'll say no, so prepare...
