Great question, NOT. Nice of you to leave it open ended with terms like, "horrible monsters". A drug dealing minister. You are right, what a horrible monster.
Let me see, if someone RUNS during a warrant service, don't you think they should be chased and tackled? After all, in order to get a warrant, a JUDGE looks at all the facts and determines that there is probable cause that this drug dealing scum-bag is committing a crime!!!
What's the matter, was he your dealer? Were you the scum-bag dope dealer? Maybe he died of cardiac arrest because of all the dope in his system?
Next time somebody enters your house, points a gun in your face, and takes your stufff and rapes your loved ones, DON'T CALL THE HORRIBLE MONSTERS TO COME MAKE IT RIGHT FOR YOU!!!!!!! OBVIOUSLY YOU ARE MORE QUALIFIED AND TRAINED TO HANDLE LAW ENFORCEMENT ON YOUR OWN.

They should be punished yes, but your punishment seems too severe. No-knock warrants should be criminalized, that is where the real danger comes from. All in all when the real bad guys need taken down, we need badder cops to do the taking. The issue of over use of force really needs to be addressed though.
A couple months ago Cannabis Culture magazine had an article featuring names, places and dates of many similar disasters. These type of things are becoming common place in America and hundreds of innocent people have died as a result.

So the guy who keeps getting arrested has to go all the way back to 1994 to make up, I mean find, a story about something the police did. Do you have any facts to back up this little piece of fiction. Maybe you should stop breaking the law, and you would not have so much contact with the police.

I don't know all the facts to this case, so I can't make a judgment on it. But I will say that I think some police officers don't know the difference between policing and enforcement. Some of them get a little to into what their doing and don't stop and think. This leads to mistakes (in any job). But when police make mistakes, sometimes people die. I agree with you that they might have overdone it for a pot raid.

outline "smart". i think of the U. S. has very smart gun administration rules. All they should do is enforce the guidelines. A gun isn't something extra effective than a device, in basic terms like a hammer, baseball bat, tire iron, or kitchen knife. interior the hands of in charge, regulation abiding voters (it incredibly is approximately ninety 9.9% of gun proprietors), it incredibly is an quite powerful device for protecting your self and your loved ones from injury. yet, in assessment to all the different kit obtainable, people bounce on the weapons as a difficulty while the 0.a million% of gun proprietors are irresponsible, no remember if it is leaving them out the place babies can arise with them, or utilising them for a mass shooting someplace (which in case you ever word, isn't executed everywhere yet a "gun-loose zone"). If somebody replaced into to take a baseball bat to an straightforward college and initiate bashing the heads of 1st graders, people will communicate approximately what's incorrect with that individual, and to help different like him get the medical care they should preclude such tragedy. yet while he is going in with a gun and shoots the babies incredibly, it incredibly is the weapons that are in charge, and persons decide to prohibit weapons to maintain this from going on returned. *EDIT* - forget approximately Daniel. He thinks that the government will preserve you from each and all of the undesirable adult men obtainable, and in case you call "day holiday" the undesirable adult men ought to quit and watch for the police to take place.

Wow. They should sure get something other than a pay bonus at the end of the year. I don't know if you could
call their actions premeditated, and do all those things to them. However something hard should be done to make sure that this kind of thing is not repeated.

They save their pot busts for vice operations. I wish the police culture could be overhauled and parents could teach their kids how to like and respect the police. But you know the reality.
