Picking at them just causes the bacteria to spread so wash your face thoroughly and keep you face clean. Try some of the pimple/acne medication out there and if that does not work see your doctor about getting medication that will. Always keep your hands away from your face when working in places like McDonald's etc. Matter of fact just keep your hands away from you face unless you are washing it. If you are a teenager do not stress out. This is common and will pass in most cases.

If you're a teenager, it just a matter of hormonal changes...it means you're getting older....I heard people saying that oily food should be avoided. But the most important is you washed your face (and maybe sometimes use disinfectant) every time after you squeezed it. When you squeezed it, you're exposing a tiny hole (that actually smaller than normal condition) that will enable small bacteria, or virus particle to enter. I think its enough for you to have this acne/ pimple problem rather than having other microorganism-caused diseases...isnt it?

Apply tea tree oil to the area several times each day. Some research indicates that tea tree oil is just as effective as benzoyl peroxide, the number one over-the-counter acne treatment.

put rubbing alcohol on your chin at night after washing your face with cleansing soap. the rubbing alchohol disinfects and hopefully dries them out.
