Varies with context. With New Testament, I almost always think in Greek... If I hear a phrase in kjv English, I'll think of the Greek phrase & meaning before I think of the modern English meaning of the phrase. If I'm searching for a passage, I'll usually search based on a Greek word rather than English.
I was watching a news interview being conducted in ASL (American Sign Language) the other day and was instantly thinking in signs rather than words... it is just a matter of context. I think in several languages effectively.

I speak English and Spanish. Well actually Spanglish. I think in both English and Spanish which is why it comes out Spanglish. If I really concentrate and slow down, I can speak full Spanish or full English. But I still think in both languages. I dream in both Spanish and English too.

When I was in Portugal (and for a while after I got back) I thought in Portuguese, but now that I've been in the states for while, I think in English again. It just depends on what I'm around more I guess.
