Nobody has ever gotten off for saying the "devil made me do it".
Can't be true, anyway! The Bible says the devil tempts. But the temptation is not the sin...our response to that temptation is.

Not really. The devil can put suggestions and temptations in your head, but at the end of the day, you are still accountable to God for your actions.

Removing any mention of God or religion from our courts, as well as from society in general, has been a goal of the ACLU for years. They have been trying to remove crosses from Federal property for years: Let them try it a Arlington National Cemetary and see how far they get before people finally stand up and say "ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!!!!!!!"
