will they ever activate me, i never heard of some one get called back

Are you kidding? The IRR is the preferred source of manpower shortages in the Army and the Marines. What branch of service and MOS means everything. They need MP's and Infantry. They pretty much will leave the rest alone.

If you got out on a terminal leave or tdy, yes. You should have been told who and when to call. When I did it I had to call the day after my tdy ended so that they could send me my final check. If you had a regular ets, you should not have to call. There is a slim chance that you would be recalled, especially since they let you ets.

Probably because your MOS is needed call the number and report. They will issue you a new uniform, you may have to go through push pull training.

If you move, yes, you have to let the VA know.
