You are going to have to find a skilled and reasonably priced sandblasting specialist in your area. This is the absolute best, and really, almost the ONLY standard way to remove all the paint down to the natural brick surface. Be sure to alert all the nearby neighbors of the impending loud noise and dust by giving them the date and times of the work. Also, be prepared to offer those who get their cars dusted, a car wash on you. (NOT a pro detailing! lol) Good luck!

NO probably not If you could you would not want to pay for it . In 60 years you might be able to power wash it off.Sound crazy but it will take a long time as the brick is going to hold the paint well if it was painted correctly
