I have had these same symptoms and was diagnosed as having anxiety attacks, but the meds did not help. I think that I am allergic to our cat as this is a new thing to have a cat in the house.
Make a list of any new developments in your life either at home or work, also if the symptoms occur after certain foods list them. Take the list to your doctor and discuss it with him/her.

you are having panic attacks..If you have been checked out..If not you need to see a doctor.I have this and you need to lose weight and get you some nerve pills. And really watch what you eat..A lot of things will hurt you real bad. You need to see a gerd diction for this are it will get worse..That is what brings own these anxiety attacks gerd.It will make you fill like you are having a heart attack. Also try Gas-X the pill form..It will make you fill better..And Zantac 150 you can buy this all at walmart..I was like you I had test ran 1 after the other and this is what helps me..Don't eat grease or spicy foods or chocolate..And this don't sound good but you have to have a bowel movement every day or it will hurt you like this and some times worse God bless you and seek out a doctor just for this..So you can get some relief from this..

I sure wouldn't trust the diagnosis of those kinds of symptoms to the general forum of Yahoo Answers - the chest and arm pain and shortness of breath are of course classic signs of a heart attack, along with nausea, but then again, those can also occur with anxiety. But in any event, that's doc stuff not chat room stuff, in my opinion.

I am so happy, it was only a 35 minute drive ( 70 minutes total) but absolutely no sign of anxiety or panic i shopped till I dropped - brilliant! I will now go for the next stage DUAL CARRIAGE way, probably at the weekend, with my husband accompanying me first then the solo drive, if successful the final stage of driving on motorway

Totally agree with Henry. Remember women often show different signs of heart attack to men. You do not say how old you are or how overweight. It certainly sounds like your heart and you need to get to a specialist ASAP. Also if you are obese you need to get checked for acid reflux and Diabetes. Do not delay in getting checked.

It's got all the symptoms of a heart attack, I had anxiety attacks like that too. My doctor put me on xanax and the anxiety attacks don't get that severe anymore.

I had the same symptoms, resulting in a massive coronary. I just barely lived through it. Get to a cardiologist NOW!

You need to see a doc, immediately! This is not a question for yahoo answers, this could be an emergency. Sounds like signs of a heart attack but so does it for anxiety. Please call your doc!
