it's worked on a few people but they make it sound like it's the soultion to life(it's only really worked on 2 people out of 100)

No, they are all scams.
Don't believe anything anyone tries to sell you. I saw a program the other night on the BBC where they asked a medical professor if it is possible for these things to work and he replied that if there was enough plant estrogen in the tablets to actually enhance breast, it will do serious harm to the rest of the body.
In short, in order for one to really work, it will have to kill you as well.
I wouldn't recommend it though, but going on the contraceptive pill does make the breasts fuller in the case of some women, but not all (I know it did for me)
So you could try that, but it is definitely not a permanent solution.

If they did work, I wouldn't have had to pay $4,500 for mine!
