Or you may believe that you are 100% Certain there is a Creator...then say I'm 100% Sure there is a Creator.

I am 99% sure that no personal god exists (I give a 1% possibility to the idea of predestination, and that god didn't want me, and thus made me an atheist, but all things considered, this is a very remote possibility). I am 93% sure, give or take a few points, that I have no soul, and there is no greater, non-personal, "force" controlling the universe.
I have to admit, I was tempted to write that I am 100% sure in everything I believe, and yet I also believe it is foolish to do so, as well as overwhelmingly egotistical and presumptuous. I am not positive about anything, and it is not possible for anyone else to be either, regardless of what they may write.

0% chance of a god existing. (or 100% certain that no gods exist) I could fill the screen with a bunch of zeroes ending with a 1 far down the line, but that wouldn't really be realistic. Better to just say 0% and caveat it with "to the extent that I know anything".
There's just too much evidence that gods are man made and too little real evidence of any actually existing.
