I think your strong & brave to be able to ask for help. You can see that you have a problem with drinking alcohol & you need help, well this is just the start you need in solving your problem, your honesty to others &yourself is what will carry you through this.
The thoughts & feelings you say your getting will also get better.Alcoholics Anonymous will definatley help you, they helped my best buddie, also because he wanted to help himself, & also a Doctor to, there are plenty of services out there for people who have problems, very similar to yours, your doing the right thing;
One last suggestion for you is to do your best to keep an open mind with the people who are helping you, listen to their suggestions,they want to help you stop drinking,& will know how
to help you.
& also do your best to remember that when your
feeling down or angry, remember that it will pass, things can only get better if you change your life for the better. Your worth it.
THen you will reach the stage when you will see you can do it, & you will truly believe you are worth it. God bless.

You could do with some help, maybe your GP, or a counsellor-perhaps through school. Alcohol is a dangerous thing to become dependent on, especially at such a young age. It will add to your paranoia too. With the right support, hopefully you will get back to having the kind of life a teenager should be having. Take care of yourself x

i think you need help to find out why you are turning to alcohol ?
try to leave the stuff alone for two weeks and see how better you will feel ! you must be feeling insecure and honestly alcohol isnt doing you any good , what you need is good self confidence and self esteem and try to stay positive
seek some good sound advice esp from someone who knows what they are talking about
remember you are only 14 and at a very difficult time in life .
have some self respect and look after yourself
take care x

You need help desperately. You've taken the first brave step in acknowledging that you need help. Now take the next and go and see your doctor. Be honest and say what you've said here because you're right, it isn't normal - what you have described is beyond the common teenage thing of 'cool to be drunk' situations. Good luck. I hope you get it sorted out before it ruins your life.
