This is from Elvis Presley's "Wooden Heart." I really would like to know. I would like to know what Sei mir gut, Sei mir gut, Sei mir wie du wirklich sollst means also. Thanks.

First of all, schat should be schatz.
This is Bavarian dialect and means
I must go, I must go
to the village,
to the village
and you, my groom, stay here.

The whole song is about a wedding(eine Hochzeit).

It's old German language (1827), slightly different from the modern German. It means:

Do I have to, do I have to
Leave to the city
to the city
And you, my dear, stay here
