He has red shoes, and a yellow jumpsuit. He wears alot of makeup. And he hangs around that burgalar guy and a talking bird.
And I think he works at McDonald's.

He is the reverend McDonald, you can find him at the church of McDonalds, where people pray to the calorie gods as they sip their triple-thick milkshakes.
