I hate religion (except the far easter types: shintoism, taoism, buddhism... they aren't like other religions). To me its a form of controlling followers and gaining power for the Church. Nor do I like the belief in God and holy spirits and the holy prophets as portrayed by major religions.
But I am spiritual. I believe in souls and I believe that there is something after the body dies but don't know what (the soul is energy right, and energy can't be destroyed but transferred/transformed to another form of energy). I also believe that there is a life-force in everything around us, all things.
So in regards to the Religious Vs the Aethists, I'm with the Aethists but I'm not 100% with them. Call me agnostic I suppose.

"Spiritual" really such a non-word. It is so vaguely defined that if someone says they are spiritual, you really haven't gotten much information about them.
It can mean anything from an awe and repect for the complexity of the universe to belief in religious superstitions.

I consider myself spiritual. I'm religious, too, but my sprituality runs deeper than the "boundaries" of organized religion.

rather no longer a foul subject! as long as your no longer performing vein approximately it and putting others down, thinking your self eye-catching is a huge subject! that's a demonstration of stable shallowness and a satisfied outlook. it is so annoying once you're chatting with human beings and that they commence asserting that they are unattractive and desire plastic surgical treatment, exceedingly whilst they are eye-catching, with the intention to hearken to a woman say that she's eye-catching or feels eye-catching is superb, no longer in basic terms for her, yet for rather everyone round her! particularly, who needs to dangle out with somebody who has low shallowness? they only carry the temper precise down.

If by spiritual, you mean:
I pray daily.
I read the bible.
I go to church.
I minister to people.
I teach bible study in my home.
I avoid sin as much as I can.
I love everyone.
Then yes, I'm spiritual.
