Everytime I look into her eyes they sparkle and I can't read them. We talk almost daily and I help her with her job very frequently to be with her.

Sparkling eyes is a clue. If she ask for your help a lot, and ask you opinion that's a good sign. Also if she finds reasons to touch you, she may be into you. I mean little touches not feeling you up. Oh another good one, is if she ask you what your going to do later a lot she may be waiting for you to invite her to do something with you. If all else fails just ask her.

my suggestion would be ask her out. and if she says yes then there u go and if she says no which won't be the case then u will know that she doen't like u like that.
