Reduce your caffeine consumption slowly. If you're a heavy caffeine person, you could end up with migraines from the caffeine withdrawal.
If you drink 10 cups of coffee/tea/soda a day, drop down to 8 for three or four days...then 6...then 4.....2.....1....and poof! done.
You should be able to reduce your intake by about 20% without problems.
Good luck...plan on being cranky and sluggish, but you'll get through it.

I consume little or no meat and comply with the Old Testament meals legislation up to viable. However, earlier than the flood folks had been all vegetarians. After the flood, God advised Noah that He used to be allowed the consuming of precise meats. When Jesus got here because the best sacrifice, he did away with the nutritional legislation. There are many scriptures that let us know this. Therefore, it isn't a sin for a Christian to consume meat and it isn't a sin if they don't consume meat. The handiest factor within the New Testament is not to do some thing that could damage yet another's religion. If I had been with a individual who inspiration it used to be flawed to consume meat, I could simply consume veggies and if I had been with a individual who believed it used to be flawed not to consume meat ( despite the fact that I have not ever heard of this kind of notion) I could consume meat; so long as it used to be now not an unclean meat. It is by way of alternative I don't consume unclean meat, it isn't a commandment for we gentiles underneath the New Convent. BTW: Anti-christ Jesus used to be now not a vegetarian as we all know he ate the passover lamb and fish as each are stated within the Bible Nick: The Bible isn't a historical past Book , despite the fact that it comprises plenty of historical past. It is the True and Living Wordd of God given to us as a way to exhibit us the as far back as God,.

I have had such a problem with this before. People suggested so many things that didn't work. What worked for me is Green Tea. Green tea has ingredients that substitute for caffeine cravings. I suggest go get Arizona green tea or hot green tea and try it. Also green tea is one of the healthiest things you can do for yourself. It also is great for weight lost which I always seem to care about. I would try it. Stop drinking caffeine and get healthier, it's a win win situation

It takes 72 hours to get all the caffeine out of your body. The cravings and being tired will pass with time. But try drinking non-caffeine products. Remember Chocolate contains caffeine.
