I sometimes stay over at my boyfriends house and some embarassing things happen when i'm asleep. I laugh, snore, talk and even fart sometimes(when i've had too much beer).

Welcome to being human. You really can't control what you do in your sleep.

I don't think we can help much with that. I don't think there is much you can do except learn to laugh at it. My son talks in his sleep and it really bugs him, we have found it hapens more when he is stressed about something. This, however, is not going to help with the snoring or the farting...sorry.

Congratulations on realising you're human like the rest of us!

You mean to say you don't fart, snore etc etc at home?

Farting - get rid of the beer
Snoring - sleep on your front or side
Talking - can't be helped and isn't a problem (usually!)
Laughing - what a gift - don't ever stop!

Everyone does embarassing things at some stage in their sleep and it wont make a difference to him if he really cares about you

lol......i use to do the same thing but really it's uncontrollable. Maybe put a pillow under your butt...lol

try to have your mouth shut when you fall asleep if possible. Lay on your tummy with your face in the pillow. hopefully he is a deep sleeper.. :) Good luck

It's okay, does he notice or something? You have to realize that the men in this world are usually just as disgusting as we are so it really doesn't matter to them. Oh, by the way, I do the same things. It's not that weird. It's human

That's a bummer! I grind my teeth at night, and have been known to talk in my sleep. Maybe your doctor would have some suggestions. Does it bother your boyfriend? If not, I wouldn't worry about it.

Then I wouldn't drink anymore beer.
I talk in my sleep too, as well as cry and cook meals.

That doesn't sound embarrassing to me. Do you not laugh, talk and fart when you're awake? lol :) It's cool, don't worry about it!
