No, by the time they would get that large, they'd probably have a heart attack by then...just a guess

Not explode. They can however rip open if they are extremely overweight. There was a case in europe where a man got so fat that he was bed ridden and to keep him from getting bad bed sores he had to be massaged and his limbs moved every couple hours. Sometimes when moving him the skin would rupture and burst open. I think thats why they evetually had to cut down the wall of his home and remove him with a crane and take him to a hospital. Not sure if he lived or not.

May be after death in a few days of decomposing where gas does build up inside them which will expand the body.
