This is a "dog" you are talking about, not some "toy" you can dress up! Dye your own hair pink, green or whatever other color you think is appropriate!
Pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee - get a life.

People need to calm down! How do you figure this is cruelty?? At least the dog is getting some attention and being groomed at the same time..which is more than I can say for alot of other dogs who only get groomed once a year! Those are the dogs I feel sorry for!
If someone wants to color their dogs hair and they are using non-toxic products, and the dog enjoys having it done..ya'll need to mind your own darn business.
I color my dog ALL the time..have never had problems. My dog loves having it done, and loves all the attention he gets from people running up to pet him! Cruelty? Sorry..I don't think so!
What did you use to color the dog pink? Depending on what you used, it should wash out after a few baths..unless it was a semi-perm. color. In that case, it just has to fade out.
I don't understand the green for Thanksgiving...but in any case, if you can get the pink washed out, then you could use something simple like Kool-Aid or food coloring (add water, mix and pour over the dog...avoid face. add some conditioner and rinse)
(BloPens and sidewalk chalk will work too..but depending on how big your dog is..it will be time consuming and you will need alot of blo pens. A company called Pet Silk makes hair color for dogs...do a search for them.

leave her coat alone!!!! like people dyeing our hairs too much it may get damaged right? your dog's skin need some sort of rest before dyeing the fur no? i'd like to know cuz i have a cat that'll look exactly like "oscar the grouch" green. what kinda die do you use and where to get it? is it harmful? if u put green over pink then you'll get a nasty brown on the dog so let the pink wash out.
okee good luck

You should not be dying your dogs fur. If you want your dog dressed up then buy it clothes - there is a large selection of clothing for pets these days. Try the pet stores and even Old Navy has shirts and jackets for dogs. You should not be dying your dog, could develop skin problems and more.

WHY??!! Leave your poor dog alone! Green isn't a thanksgiving color, anyways. If you are going to subject your dog to such humiliation, you really should join her and maybe color your face the same color with a permanant marker. It'll be "so cute" you could match.... ahhh.....

My advice would be to not turn your back, and don't be surprised if the dog decides to bite the hand that feeds it ! Poor thing!
Besides if you dyed her b/4, why do you need to ask anyone now?

Personally, I'd dye her Orange. Or something like that.
Pink and Green if mixed do er, not make the best color.
Wash all the pink you can out and then just get green instead of pink and dye her.
Hoped This Helped

Wouldn't orange go better for Thanksgiving? Why not just get her a turkey costume and dress her up?
