is he gonna be a killer?

theres a little boy on my street who is a bad seed... he's 11 in the 4th grade.. and he talks soooo much trash, its not even funny, and he smokes... a lil black kid acting like he's in the streets... no were in the suburbs. He has a small cute little white poodle... but he treats it very bad, which saddens me cause i cant do nothing about it ( i called animal control thing 3 times) and one day some trashy girl dared him to kick the dog in the face. You should of seen this.. he called his dog name... and the dog came over to him wagging his tail all happy ...then out of know where, the boy kicks his dog in the face real hard... then in his private part.. i have never heard anyone or anything in that much pain. I bawled out crying... i called animal thing but they didnt do nothing. Do you think this boy will turn out to be a serial killer or something... he has no sympathy for what he has done.

Try to get a picture or video of him doing things that are illegal. He is a minor, and what he's doing is not a Felony, so it will be hard for Cops to bust him. You may send a letter to his parents or contact a school counselor and see if you can get the Humane Society to take the dog and adopt it out to someone that would love it. Also, you may want to contact some animal shelters in your area, and get on the net for other help.

He might turn out to be a serial killer- or he could be being abused. Consider calling social services to do a home visit with his parents. Next time you personally witness him kick the dog like that, call the cops- not animal control- the cops.

Why don't you tell an adult and take the animal away from the rotten kid. Its possible the kid could become violent to humans. Hard to say but someone needs to give him a swift kick in the *** (or face!)

well i think that the animal control should have did something. is there any way that u could umm like steal the dog and be like "o i didn't know it was urs?, i thought it was a stray!" or you should call the humane society right away!

Have you talked to the boys mother? If not, try that and if she's one that doesn't care, I would call your local division of family services and report the family. you can find the number in the government (blue) pages in the front of your telephone book.

oo my god when i was reading this i got really mad and hurt
if i was u and i saw this i would have got my parents ( not sure who old u are) or i would have went out there and say what the hell is your problem!!!!!!!!!!
but that is so sad u need to do something about that
