Yes, there are lots of health and gymnasium clubs in Ankara. Especially the Sports International is the best one. Its located in Bilkent which is the most luxury district of Ankara. For more information: http://www.si.com.tr/

They have the same service quality but Ankara City Club is far away from my home, Sports International is better for me and my wife.

Good luck with that. It has been a few years since I was there, but a roommate was trying to find a good gym in IStanbul and it took a lot of looking.
I know you are probably looking for something that is inexpensive, but try asking around at the hotels - they may be able to cut you a deal, especially if you are able to offer an hour or two of language instruction in exchange. Some have pretty awesome facitlities (pools,etc).
