I need some information about how to attribute quotes in- paragraph to a website. Not a journal online or anything of that nature, but a .gov website. Is it proper to just put (Http://India.gov) in parentheses after a quote? My professor allows us to use general websites for info as long as it is a .gov or .edu or something credible.

Yes, I am aware how to site an article from a web page or something of that nature. My problem is that it is not an article, just general info and statistics from a web page, no author or anything like that...
