That's easy - a grapefruit. You would bonk your head far more often and your neck would hurt more if it was bigger & heavier. Things like shaving and haircuts would be much faster. And the size of our brains is not related to the amount of our intelligence, so we wouldn't sacrifice anything there either.
Besides, can you imagine how strange our pull-over sweaters & hoodies would look if our heads were that huge?

Hmmmm, that might be the most interesting question I have seen on here, lol. I guess watermelon, I just think that a grapefruit head would seem too out of place, not that a watermelon wouldn't!

Are we talking Ruby Red or pumello? Either way I'd go with grapefruit. I could buy kid's size sunglasses and hats.
