Hey I'm plainning on working out now but whats the best food 2 eat b4 you work out?? I'm like straving so i just ate a bunch of fresh strawberries...hehe
but what foods going 2 be the easyest 2 burn b4 i workout?

whole wheat pasta, lots of complex carbs, which means it doesnt burn off for a while, sugar quickly burns off leaving u with no energy

Fruit is a good choice. Eat a banana about 1- 1.5 hours before working out.

Any type of fruits and vegetables or any healthy
food items.Fruit and vegetables give you energy to work out but if you something sweet like......a cupcake...it will decrease your energy.

celery. you basically burn it off just by eating it. and its prety filling. if not try adding peanut butter
