Take measures to nurse your digestive system and your brain. Headache is due to the brain trying to recover from the abnormal conditions imposed by alcohol consumption.

A lot of people avoid alcohol since there are enough problems in life to create difficulty for our health condition, youthfulness and longevity.

Drink a glass of water for every drink you had. Throw down a couple tylenol. And lie in a dark room with a cool rag over your forehead and eyes. Hangover gone.

Here's the remedy that my sister made and it worked for her and her friends! They do it everynight they go out to the club;
Get a cup or glass and this is what you put in it;

1. Tblspn. of salt
2. Tspn. of sugar
3. Two drops of vinegar
4. ½ cup of orange juice
5. ½ cup of ginger ale

Then drink, lye down, give it about 15-60 minutes... and your hangover is gone!

lots of water. hangovers leave you dehydrated. Having a hair of the dog will further dehydrate you, and will leave you with a comedown eventually. Sip lots of water, and have some starchy carbohydrate based foods.

water. sipped water stays in your stomach longer. make sure you sip it.
some high calorie food. not too much.
multi vitamin.
alcohol. after work, a bit of the dogs hair that bit you.
SLEEP!

I am diabetic. My sugar drops very quickly after exercise. So go for a run.
