Eat only 3 times a day and exercise.
Breakfast - 2 or 3 eggs, a slice of bread and 1 serving of fruit or fruit juice.
Lunch- a large piece of chicken or fish (not fried), 1 red skinned potato the size of your fist, and some vegetables.
Dinner- a large piece of chicken or fish (not fried) and vegetables.
Don't put butter or anything greasy on any of it. For the first week you won't see anything happening, but after ten days to two weeks you will see the pounds starting to tumble. Also make sure you are taking your vitamins and minerals.

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

The best, longest-lasting way to do this is to eat less, eat better foods (less fat and more fruits and vegetables) and to exercise. Sorry, I know this sounds boring (and at first it is), but the results are delightful and you will feel great. You have to make a lifestyle change if you really are serious about life-long weight maintenance. The "yo-yo" dieting can actually shorten your life.

Lots of raw friuts and vegetables. No fats (cheese cream etc.) No meat. If you can stand this change the weight will leave quickly! You would not believe how fattening dairy is to the body. Longterm staving off of fats you will find your body getting used to the diet and the craving for fats will be reduced.
good luck!!

ok heres the deal.the simplest thing is gonna be the hardest. you have to cut yourself off from junkfood. fruits are a great alternative for your sweet tooth. dont try anything low carb because carbs actually give you energy which helps you break down food faster in the end. and ALWAYs eat breakfast becase it kickstarts your metabolism. if u need any more help let me know. im taking a class on it in highschool

Don't skip meals; don't eat processed food; eat whole grains, fruits, & vegetables; watch the carb. intake (no simple carbs, only complex carbs) and don't have carbs at night, cardio and strengthening training (more muscle = more fat burned), don't pay attention to the scale, pay attention to the pants size, eat about every 2-3 hours small portions; don't skip meals. You won't get hungry and will speed up your metabolism.

go easy on yourself. You I am sure know what needs to be done, exercise and eat right. but when you slip up, don't be to hard on yourself, because you will slip time to time. If you remember you are human and will fail some times you will be more likely to get back up and try again. Reward yourself from time to time also.
