He hasn't insulted the military. He said that Bush is uneducated over several sentences. If you would stop taking the one line out of context that he was talking about Bush when he said that, you would understand.
In truth you should be mad at the republicans for displaying a huge amount of idiocy if not lying on the subject.

No. I get so sick and tired of people being asked to resign because they said something that was interpreted incorrectly or said something off-hand that may or may not be PC. It's the same mainstream, PC idiots that got Trent Lott to resign and forced Bill Bennett to apologize for statements where they didn't mean any harm, just people misinterpreted. If anything, the misinterpreters should apologize.
And even if Kerry was refering to the soliders and not Bush, so what? It's not like soilders were the ones voting for him in 2004 so he probably does think they're stupid.

Absolutely. He insulted every individual that ever served in the United States Armed Forces. Alive or dead, and to top it off he says it is a botched joke, so the M.F. thinks it funny too

He didn't insult our military and America is getting tired of right wing liars smearing our decorated combat veterans like John Kerry just because those veterans disagree with Bush.

I don't think he should. I feel personally what he said was taken out of context. I don't feel he was insulting our troops, he's a war veteran himself. He basically told the truth. Our current president has this country so far screwed up and Kerry just told the truth about the situation. I hate Bush and can't wait until his term is up. We can only hope he doesn't screw this country up anymore in his last two years in office.

No, of course not. He made a mistake when he said what he said, let him pay the price, and then we (the voters, the people he works for) can decide if he deserves to be in our leadership.
I live in Massachusetts, and have never voted for him, and never will.

He might as well, he'll lose the next election , he can save himself the disgrace of having this brought up everytime he opens his mouth.

Of course not. He made a joke which wasn't very funny - get over it.
Maybe if more Americans stopped to think about what he was trying to say you wouldn't have such a stupid President and government.

Of course not. It was a just verbal blunder that has been leapt upon by sinking Republicans like a life raft.

NO! Maybe for his inability to carry out telling a joke, unlike the all time standup comedian Dubyu.
