That craving feeling you're getting, it's just your lungs wanting some air. Try taking a few deep breaths and the urge should go away.

I smoked for over 35 years, still do and I regret it every time I light up! Not enough will power as they call it to quit and I'm watching my life go to pots because of it. Here's something that might help you NOT smoke.....I was going through my yearly budget yesterday and my expense chart showed that ciggies. was the second biggest expense in my whole budget. Everything that's important to you or could never be replaced will be sold or pawned for a pack of smokes. you say no way! I'd never do that! your wrong!! you would and will if you get addicted to nicotine. It's been said that's it's harder to quit smoking than to quit Heroin. That's something to think about before you light up.Besides as a young adult, you should be smarter and more responsible to yourself. They didn't have all those warnings on the side of the pack when I started to smoke and I've been a pallbearer 3 times to people I loved that lost they're lives to smoking, one of them...not until I would wipe pieces of his tongue off his face as he drolled from mouth cancer. Please think about it, it could be the one most best choise you ever made. I Hope this helps you to not smoke. :)

Think about the health effects and that should be enough to turn you off.

I used to smoke, and quit cold-turkey. One day I thought about what my lungs must look like. Its been 15 years since my last cigarette.

You must have been hooked if you still want to smoke. Just ignore it. You made it to 25 so you should be ok.

When you want a cigarette, have a beer instead. Just don't drive though.
