No it's not wrong. It is, however, completely and utterly socially unaccepted to talk about it NONSTOP.

Right or wrong implies a judgment, which presumably is part of my understanding of your question - what gives people the right to judge. Personally I think there are certain core moral values that transcend all social, ethnic and religious beliefs. One of these is respect. Respect involves self respect and respect for others. There is nothing wrong with debates and differing opinions, but when they become personally offensive or insulting that is when the argument is lost. Perhaps that is something for both sides of an argument to ponder on.....

Every single person is entitled to their own perspective and values in this life. People are programmed to have opinions about everything and everyone. The trick is to be able to ignore those who make you feel bad about yourself. If you are ok with your thinking and lifestyle and taste then that's all that matters. We are all different from one another in so many ways.

Not all people share the same levels of intelligence or education. That's just a fact. Religion often gives people a very false notion of their own intellectual standing in the scheme of things.

In other words, uneducated people of faith look like idiots, but they don't realize it.

It is not about how much you know but how much you love the little you know, someone once told me.
If you are fortunate to be more enlightened you should be more considerate and patient and kindly towards those who are not on your level yet. Neither should you at any time feel superior.

FEELING more intelligent than another is not the same as BEING more intelligent than the other. the difference between these two, is the most important one here.

I've come across people who's beliefs are the complete opposite of mine but I don't think they deserve less respect. People can feel anyway they want about where they are on their spiritual path I don't see how it relates to me.

If they are actually more intelligent than me then good for them, they should feel that way. Of course not many people are.

Matthew 5:22
But I tell you that anyone who is angry with his brother will be subject to judgment. Again, anyone who says to his brother, 'Raca, ' is answerable to the Sanhedrin. But anyone who says, 'You fool!' will be in danger of the fire of hell.
