I think a 4-day fight over a 10-minute difference of opinion might be a little blown out of proportion. Are you sure this is what he's really mad about? People sometimes take a small quibble and blow it completely out of proportion...like this....while it's not actually what they are mad about. Maybe something else has been raking on him all this time, and he has chosen to vent his anger over this instead of addressing his real source of anger.
Even if I don't think you were really wrong, but if it seemed that important to him at the time, why didn't you just say "Fine. 30 minutes!"???....Maybe there is a power struggle going on between you and this was just icing on the cake. So get to the bottom of the matter. Apologize to him, whether you were right or wrong, and ask him if that's what's really bothering him, because you feel it might be something else. If he doesn't want to talk, just drop it. Pushing him will do no good. In time, you might figure out on your own what the problem is. Or, he may bring it up when he is less upset.

Yes, it's been blown way out of proportion. Do you think there is an underlying issue? Like he has problems with your son or sharing his time with you with your son?
4 Days no talking, not good... Something is up.

I think this fight has been blown out of proportion. Do you want to be right or happy though? Try and talk to him and see if you guys can just forget the whole thing.

There is nothing wrong with that. It just sounds like your boyfriend is taking this way out of proportion. You shouldn't have to deal with that.

Sad - he needs to grow up. Work it out or move on. Arguing is one thing but not wanting to talk to you about it in a mature way is so wrong. I hope you work it out but if it keep going down the same path then boot him out.

Sounds childish and petty! You did the right thing, there will always be the opportunity to be with another guy but you have only one son.

Why couldn't he just stay home by himself if he didn't want to be rushed?
