Just tell him NO. If he gets upset then he does not respect you and you need to leave the relationship and find someone who will respect you.

If he gets upset when you say no, he only wants one thing, sex. If you want more from a relationship than sex, you have the right to say no. If he respects you and wants to pursue a deeper relationship he will accept your decision and not push the issue.
Someone who truly cares for you will respect you for your decision not to engage in that kind of activity until you are ready to do so.
Don't feel guilty if he acts upset, it is purely manipulation to try to get you to give him what he wants and not any concern for your feelings at all.
You deserve and have the right to expect more than that.
Stand your ground. If he moves on because you won't, you just tell him that there may be better fish in the sea but there's also better bait!

If you like the man and you aren't ready then tell him! tell him that it's not that you don't think he hot , and that you would love to have him but right now you're not to that point. And tell him if he give you the time to get to that point then it will great but you can just sleep with someone like that it take me time. If he say how long will that be tell him you will know when you come to me and you have something sex on. That way he still has the game . and he still has you to think about and what you're going to wear. But don't do all this if you are not ever going to sleep with man that is just mean.

Just NO, I'm not ready.
If he get upset or asks, why not?!?! *whining*
Tell him, it's not you. It's me, I am not ready to have sex. If you love and respect me, then you will stop trying to make me.
Put the ball in his court, see if he keeps naggin and throwing a tantrum like a little kid, he just wants your sex, kick him away. More power to you!

Just tell him that you are not comfortable doing that. That you love him but you would rather wait. If he can't accept it then maybe he isn't the right person to be with and you should be with someone who can respect your decisions. Whatever you do, don't let him pressure you in anyway to do something you don't want to do.

Be upfront about it. Don't be a tease, don't lead him on and then tell him "no".
