Right now I'm in the middle of doing my presentation that is due tommorow 1st thing in the morning but I'm feeling as if I'm gonna vomit any minute now..... I can't miss school tomorw cause 1stly..My presentation is a very important part of my final mark 2ndly ..tommorow is my 1st lesson in Japanese with my crush!!!!! What am i to do?????

Someone help me pleasssssssssssssseeeeeeeeee!!!!

jsut do wat i do, instead of looking at the peoples faces, look at the top of their heads or imagine theyre not there.and a japanese lesson with ur crush?sounds neat.jsut be urself, dont act like sum popstar or sumbody u saw on TV.im here to help any time.o yea just go lie down not on ur side because that is wat makes u vomet easier if ur trying to sleep.i did that this morninng b4 school.

when I feel like I need to vomit, I go in the bathroom, and get it over with. Then wash out my mouth with mouthwash, and get back to whatever I was doing. Don't eat or drink for at least four hours, then only drink clear liquids for another four hours. You'll be ok.

!st of all....Relax!!!...You'll do fine...Have you got your presentation all together...Are you satisfied that you have done your best?...If so....Relax again.. ;)

It's probably just nerves, it can make you feel that way...Try practicing it in the mirror over and over again...once you are satisfied that you've got it, practice on a friend...an understanding and good friend...ok?...Get to bed early tonight and quit worrying..

You're gonna do fine....... :)
