I've been dating this guy from work,i like him alot and we get on great. He recently told me he loves me. Can he really love me after 4 weeks or is it too soon?It takes me time to fall in love so i havent said it back to him yet.

I knew my partner for 2 years before we got together, we went out on a date and we basically moved in with each other the next day, we were and still are inseparable. I know it may sound bad being together so much so soon but it felt so right and if i could turn back the clock i would not do a single thing any different and he told me he loved me after 2 weeks. So he may well love you. DO YOU NOT BELIEVE IN LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT???? If you and your boyfriend are meant to be together soon enough you will realise that you love him.
and you can tell him when your good and ready.

Only 4 weeks?? I doubt he loves you. Love is thrown around a lot these days and usually, people don't know what love even is. He may like you alot, but I doubt he actually loves you. I know what it's like. Theres this guy that I have loved, and its been a whole 1 year and 6 months. And thats only the begnning of love. Good luck with you guys though. Maye one day he will actually love you!!

Keep it real with him. If you know you don't feel a certain way, don't say that you do. Ask him to give you 3 reasons why he loves you. Let him know that he needs to slow it down for you. This guy could have already had feelings for you and he's been dreaming of being where he is with you. He's moving way too fast. Get it straight before he gets out of hand.

Probably love is starting but love just isn't the rush of lust and passion it is the trust friendship and commitment that are built on time. Be thankful hes open with his feelings but you are right to be cautious.

It does take time to fall in love with a guy. He may just be sayingt that or he may be being truthful. I an trying to be honest. He may be a fake or may be 4 real. Its really your choice.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't think he means it as of real love. He might just say it for security of not loosing you. I myself would not say the .. I love you ... words either, unless, I really knew him and felt I loved him and he loved me back. There are ways that you can see and tell that love is there for you two!

thats not love...he means hes in lust...real love takes along time to grow...genuine feelings remain long after the fireworks disappear

wow, it took a month for him to say i love you. if it takes you a while to get you to fall in love then this is the man becuase hes taking a while to. go your own pace.

Yes i think that it is possible that he loves you. But it moght just be infatuation or lust. You never know. My advice to you is to just not say anything back. If you do I'd just say that I'm not ready to say that yet. Just be honest with him. But I think that it is possible.
