You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well. Give it time, though. Unless your "tummy" is mostly in your head, it will take more than a week to see any noticeable difference no matter what method you choose.

A lot of the reason why our tummies get big is because of bloating. You can help bring down the bloat by avoiding caffeine, soft drinks, excess sodium, and anything that causes you gas. Drink lots of water, so things move smoother, and do some cardio (burn calories + increase confidence). Also try sitting in a sauna or steam room. Sweating will help you reduce water weight.
If you do these things for a week, your tummy may be a little flatter.

The proven fastest way you can lose weight is to go on what is called a 'fat fast'. You eat ONLY something like a half cup of macadamia nuts per day and NOTHING ELSE other than water. You can lose more than a pound a day this way. I'm not advocating it or saying it is healthy, but it works, I have done it. You can also reduce pretty quickly by either fasting or eating only protein and NO SALT. While your weight loss will not be as dramatic as the fat fast, you will lose mostly water weight and look thinner.

spot fat reduction is impossible out of liposuction. the link above is just spam. There's a temporary method you can do to lose fat in that area but I don't recommend it long term, is to wear a waist slimming belt for a long time, during sleep and at work school etc. It basically squeezes excess moisture out, and like corsett training it will support your back so that's nice, but over time it can limit to how much fat can be stored in your stomach so it'll go else where, but remember fat won't just disappear it'll make your arms legs or *** bigger as a result if your not burning it off correctly.

I don't think you can truly reduce it - but you can create a heck of an illusion. Low rise jeans don't hug your waist and draw attention that roll around the waistline made by pants that are tight in the waist. Princess seaming to shirts or jackets accentuate the smallest part of your midsection. A little lower neckline and hair worn up creates length to your face and neck. Don't wear tops that are too large or too small. If your shirt of choice is slightly too small, hang it on a hanger on a doorknob, mist with a water bottle and stretch it out before you put it on. Sit with a tall posture and pull your abs in and up at all times. Try these ideas, and goo luck!

hey may be this can help u i tried on myself but not for such a short time span.
1.first of all maintain ur strict diet chart. do not eat unnecessarily in b/w just for a small hunger break.
2.drink lots of water to flush ur fat.
3.do lots of skipping (if u do not have any B.P. problems, etc.)
with the following method - skip without breaking till 100, if u break in between again start counting from 1 till 100 (this really
work.)
4. plz walk in this week as much as possible and also for future to maintain it.
5.do not use lift make max. use of stairs.
6.help everyone in ur family n sorrounding (physically)
main idea is to stress urself as much as possible to burn ur fats
rest is on ur concious and ur effort. All the best and let me know ur result.

Please tell me you're joking. This isn't even a logical thought. No matter how positively I think or act, this just isn't gonna happen, not in week anyway.
Crunches will build up muscle, but won't get rid of what is covering the muscle. You need mass amounts of cardio, i.e., running, jumping rope, swimming, etc. to lose fat.
Sorry.

One can't do it in a week. It takes time. Do some research. talk to a doctor.....go to a gym. Ask others for advice who are in the gym. Make sure you give it time.
