replace junk food wtih fruits and veggies, drink 6-8 8oz glasses of water a day and do a cardio workout 4-5 times a week for 20-30 minutes a day.. Running, walking jogging cycling. You need to burn more calories a say than you consume to lose weight.

First of all you exercise and if you get this kind of medicine it's under sports in the store and you take that then you work out don't worry it's not steroids then you workout for at least 30 to 20 minutes a day then that would get you some ABS on your stomach and what you would eat is healthy food like vegetarian stuff for at least 2 months than you well be back in shape in no time any more questions write me back and the kind of exorcises you need to take is stuff that has to do with your stomach maybe you can join the swimming team and you use all of your body musicals there so those are some things you can try and you take that medicine every day and that well help.

You are overweight according to the BMI Index. Here's my tip: think of food as fuel, just as you would gasoline. How much gas does it take to get your car to perform at it's best, 1/4, 1/5, 3/4 or do you have to have a full tank? The answer is NO. All you need is enough to do the job you need to with your car, whether it's getting you to work, or get you to your next fuel stop on a long trip, right? So, if your body is an engine that needs fuel, it won't operate any more efficiently if it's flooded with gas, in fact it will stutter and choke. Your body needs food as fuel, but NO MORE than necessary to function at it's best. Further, just like a fuel gauge on a car that shows FULL and EMPTY, your Here's some concrete suggestions:

1. Never eat until you feel hungry. Big mistake to eat everytime is "meal time." Primitive peoples don't do that; animals don't do that, and humans should not. Humans are the onlly species that can train themselves to eat when they are not hungry. It will take consciousness of self to avoid these bad eating habits;

2. Never eat more than it takes to make the hungry feeling go away. That's the fuel concept. A car won't run any better on a 1/2 tank than it will on a full tank. You only need as much fuel as your body requires to function well.

3. Make sure the fuel (food) you give your body is healthy. Obviously avoid salt and sugar. Fat's, carbs, protiens etc., the subject of lots of books, can be debated adnosium. However, I have done this for years, eaten any combination of foods I wanted, but always only when I was hungry, and always only in small portions that would make the body's fuel meter say "full."

4. Always have breakfast - make it balanced and nutritious

5. Stop eating at 6:00 o'clock p.m., unless you are physically active after that time, and then quit eating when you are no longer physically active.

6. Exercise. I don't care if you walk fast, run, ride a bicycle (pedal fast as opposed to slow), jog, jump rope, run stairs, etc. Trick is to burn more calories in a day than you take into your body.

Pretty simple. I never wanted to have to follow a book to lose weight, so I used common sense and a little logic. It has been very effective in helping me lose weight (or maintain weight).

Good Luck!

1. Don't leave your breakfast! Doing this just making your weight
increase! Taking cereal and a glass of milk is a simplest way
but it can be assumed as a complete breakfast for adult.
Cereal contains more vitamin, mineral and fiber compared to
other breakfast!
2. Don't starve your body. It never the way to go!
3. Take healthy snacks like salads from fruits and vegetables
between your meal. See here for information on foods that
helps you to lose weight - http://fruitvegihealing.blogspot.com
4. Eat water a lot. It helps to decrease your metabolism.
5. Don't avoid fat food at all! Our body needs 50 gm fat a day!
Certain of us tend to take free fat food in a big quantity and
assume that it will not increase weight. Remember; free fat
food doesn’t means that they are low calories. Extra calories
will cause over weight. Take healthy fat from nuts, olive oil and
avocado. Low fat diet program is better than free fat diet
program.
6. Again! Don't starve your body. After breakfast, don't let your
stomach empty. Eat low fat biscuit, fried fries (but in small
portion) or healthy salad from fruits and vegetables. An empty
stomach means your glucose level in the blood is decrease.
To prevent this, don't starving yourself. Eat something but in a
small portion. It's enough!
7. Walking is a good exercise! You will not expect what you can
get just by walking; read this; http://healthydiettips.blogspot.com/2006/10/tips-8-walk-and-diet.html
