running always helps.... at least 15. mins a day 5 days a week and to get toned you want to do some weight training 3 days a week... .but very important that you do not do heavy weights... that is going to get you nice and buff.... for toning you want to do light weights at high repetitions... good luck

You get a personal trainer, a dietician, a nutritionist, a personal chief, a make-up artist, a hairdresser and a personal stylist.
You give up your day job, so your only job is keeping toned and trim 24/7.
You'll also need a professional photo re-toucher to airbrush every blemish out of your skin, take a few inches off your thighs and raise the height of your breasts a bit.
Without all that you don't get your Girls Aloud body. Girls Aloud don't even have Girls Aloud bodies.
Oh yes, the fact that you'll lose your record deal if you gain any weight is also a motivator.

I agree with the_slimr, How ever a good start Is to eat only 1500calories a day and do exercise for 40min each day. If you do that you will consistently loose 1-2kg's a week.. If you live in the SW region of London then get in touch with JIgsawhealthandfitness.com they will put you on the straight and narrow.
