How can I tell a girl who is in a relationship that I like her?????
Or is it best that I wait untill she breaks up with him? She is 15 and hes a bit older they litterally just got together (a coulpe of days). I like her and I think I should tell her, but I have known her 2 years and we are best friends. Should I tell her? When and how?

Wow- Katie was really harsh. You two are young enough just tell her in a funny non-competitive manner that your a little jealous, that he gets to hold her or hangout with her instead of you. That lets her know that your interested without coming between them.

Tell one of your other best friends you like her and make them 'accidently' tell her.
