Stay out of the sun, wear sun block, and also wear a clothes that will cover most of your skin i.e. hats, long sleeve shirts, pants. I wouldn't suggest trying to be so pale....it's kind of scary.

Ok so I undetrstand that you want to go back to your natural skin color, but to be honest, you've been exposing yourself to the sun so much that you may be able to achieve a level of lightness but, since you've exposed your skin to the sun for a long time, genetically your pigmentation may have mutated so that it can take all the sun. It's the same concept as alcoholics, if you've been drinking since you were 12, and you drank almost everyday, your genes can mutate and you can develop a gene which allows dopamine to enter your body ONLY if you drink, and you can pass that gene on to your children too. So what i'm trying to say is that basically it is do-able (MJ did it), but you may not get as light as you were when you were first born. Best of luck!

Why do you want to do that? Lightening your skin damages the pigment in your skin, making it more likely that you will get skin cancer when you do decide to go back out into the sun.
A cheap solution: lemons. Otherwise, some of the other people had good suggestions.

Hydroquinone lotion, which you can buy over-the-counter. It's called Porcelana or Nadinola; the strongest one available OTC is 3% hydroquinone lotion, and is found in the African-American aisle at the drugstore. Also, stay out of the sun and wear sunscreen every day--if you don't, your skin type will make you look old before your time.

there's a product called blueing interior the detergent area. Wash the towels with some detergent and bleach. keep on with the guidelines on the blueing yet i think you upload some drops to the rinse water as quickly as the washer is packed with water.Dilute it with some water until now adiing it to the rinse cycle.
