Apparently, it's to do with how the pigeon judges distances while walking. I tried to read some scientific articles on it, but it was beyond my comprehension! Lots of scientists have studied it, though.

i imagine it as a lot to do with the way their muscular tissues is prepare, the nerves might want to flow in this kind of way that it makes their heads flow even as they walk. Their sternum makes their breast bone ultimate, making it puzzling to teach their body without transferring the entire component. yet there eyes would have an element to play besides. i imagine.??? desire this helps
