ORANGE DREAM CAKE
FOR THE CRUST:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
2 cups shortbread cookie crumbs
1/2 cup melted butter
FOR THE FILLING:
1 baked yellow cake, cooled and cut into 1" cubes then soaked in 1/4 cup orange juice concentrate and 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice and 1 teaspoon finely grated orange peel (zest)
2 cans mandarin orange slices (16 oz total)
9 ounces white chocolate
4 (8 ounces) packages cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar, plus
2 tablespoons sugar
4 large eggs
2 large egg yolks
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon vanilla
MAKE CRUST:
In processor, blend graham crumbs and shortbread cookies until approx. 1/2 coarse and 1/2 fine.
Add butter and combine well. Press into bottom of a 13"x9" pan.
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
MAKE FILLING:
Melt chocolate; stir until smooth.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy.
Add sugar and beat in whole eggs and egg yolks, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Beat in the flour and the vanilla and add the melted chocolate in a slow stream, beating, until the filling is combined well.
Scatter mandarin and white cake cubes over bottom of crust, pour filling over, and bake cheesecake for 1 hour, or until top is firm to the touch. Turn off oven and leave cheesecake in closed oven for another 1/2 an hour.
ORANGE MOUSSE:
1 small (3 oz)packet orange jello powder
1/2 cup boiling water
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups fresh orange juice
1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel
1 medium can evaporated milk (can use the low,fat one if liked)
dissolve jello in boiling water, add sugar and juice and stir well, heat slightly if sugar granules don't dissolve. Chill till jello is just beginning to set. Pour the milk into a bowl and beat it into a thick foam,add slowly to jello until thourghly mixed. Pour mixture into a serving bowl and refridgerate until slightly set.
White Chocolate Mousse
1 1/2 cups cold skim milk
1 package (4-serving size) JELL-O White Chocolate Flavor Fat Free Sugar Free Instant Reduced Calorie Pudding & Pie Filling
2 cups thawed COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping
Pour cold milk in medium bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 1 minute. Gently stir in whipped topping. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Top the cake with orange mousse and white chocolate mousse and serve with vanilla ice cream.

I don't know about their receipe, but you can buy the mix in the store. It's made be either Duncan Hines or Bettycrocker. And let me say that it is yummy!!!!
