1 part sulfur powder, 2 parts surgical spirit, 1 part almond oil and 4 parts rose water, or distilled water. Rub on your scalp.

Boil a mixture of 4-5 dried thyme and 2 cups of water for 10 minutes. When it has cooled, massage it on the scalp and leave for half an hour. Wash your hair normally afterwards.

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice and 100 grams of withhazel, in 200ml of water. Use after washing hair, to help ward off dandruff.

Wash your hair with warm apple cider vinegar. Leave it for 30 minutes and then rinse off with plain water. Do this regularly to stop the return of dandruff.

Mix some olive oil and almond oil and massage into your scalp. Leave for 5 minutes then rinse.

Try soak and float by Lush. It will help almost any terrible scalp condition. It comes in a small solid shampoo bar that has over 50 uses. www.lush.com. It smells when it is being used but the smell goes away.

Common mistake applying dandruff shampoo- not leaving it in long enough

Put the shampoo in your hair and keep it in until after it tingles....

Should clear it right up in a couple of days...

;)

Try Nizoral shampoo available at most stores - it is pretty expensive, but it works
