Well, your hair has to be naturally wavy/curly to begin with, but to make it stay nice all day and look a bit wet, put in a lot of Pantene's gel for curly hair, then blow dry without touching it too much. Arrange it the way you like and use Pantene's hairspray for curly hair. Then keep your hands (hats, hoods, etc.) off of it, or the wet look will go away.

Find a product in the store best applicable to you, price range and hair style. To keep a wet look, I usually use the product line with a set of steps. On the bottles (hairspray, mousse, gel) look for STRONG hold, or extra hold. Apply as needed (more than usual to keep it wet looking) throughout hair, use lots of hairspray!
GOOD LUCK!

i have wavy/curly hair naturally. when i take a shower and i comb out my hair i put garnier fructis curl & shine conditioner. and to get the wet look you have to use mousse./ i use mousse alot. it gives ur hair a wet look and keeps ur hair controlled.

To give it that wet, Wavy look use mousse or a product called "Sebastian Wet". Don't use gel because it will only weigh your hair down and it will be hard to achieve that wavy look.

I would braid all your wet hair into loose braids and put mousse on your palms and run them over the braids and allow it to dry that way.

Bumble and Bumble makes a sea salt hair product that creates loose waves like sea water does.
