meat, fish, eggs, most cheese, some ranch dressing, lettuce... those are the main ones. Stay away from Beans and Nuts. Although they contain protein, they are also loaded with carbs!

peanut butter, any nuts basically, all meats (no matter how fatty), beans, tofu, actually almost everything has protein just varying amounts. but meats and power bars and things like that have much more
